As the senior product designer for the travel unit, I work closely with cross-functional teams to tackle complex challenges. My responsibilities include research, ideation, implementation, and refinement of products such as biometric systems, check-in kiosks, and self-bag drop solutions. I have led the implementation of WCAG accessibility standards across all products, ensuring our solutions are inclusive and usable for everyone. In addition to my design work, I support other UX professionals as a member of the Amadeus UX Heads and serve as a leader for Airport Ops Australia & Pacific.

I got my start in old-school graphic design before landing in digital and UX, and I've been hooked on making digital solutions better ever since. Outside of work, it's usually quality time with the fam, or when I get the chance, a pub with some good music or a movie. With family already in Adelaide, we're counting down to the move, and I can't wait to properly dig into the food and wine scene.
